Came in for an outstanding bill. Dalia from billing helped me understand what insurance paid and didn’t pay, even showed me the EOBs. Very knowledgeable. The front desk girls were very welcoming as well.

Took my son for his annual check up and as always I was greeted and seen promptly!

I honestly never had anything to complain about until this was are last visit this is not professional at all

Won’t come here again. Yesterday was the last straw with this place. The waiting period is ridiculous, it’s always like that when we come. Waited an hour just to be seen for 10 minutes just for them to tell me the insurance won’t cover the procedure, something I think they could of told me over the phone and then the dr was rude she didn’t even introduce herself, she looked at me and said “is the” and didn’t finish what she was saying so I was confused, she then proceeded to start examining my daughter, she asked what brings us in today, I tell her and just seemed she was in a rush like she didn’t care, doesn’t say much and even after she examined my daughter, not much feedback but “the front desk lady’s will send an approval to the insurance” . This wasn’t the first time I had an issue with this place. They had a new dental assistant work on my children for their cleaning a few weeks ago, the guy(dental assistant) used the same gloves for both my kids and then touching everything else then going back to touching my kids mouth and tools. Their is only one lady their, that is friendly and welcoming and respectful and she always does the x-ray pictures for us, she’s an older lady.And they toys in the waiting area is good for the kids. Other than that can’t say anything else good about this place .
